Leicester City will greet Tottenham Hotspur this week on Sunday. They will try to keep up their winning streak by gaining their third victory in a row.
The Foxes surprised everyone by winning their first two matches keeping up a good scoring rate. Their astonishing performance came as a bolt from the blue. They have got an amazing start which was somewhat beyond the expectation of their own fans.
Riyad Mahrez has been the star performer in the opening two matches, scoring in both matches. Jamie Vardy successfully complemented the attack with his brilliant performance.
Not a good start for Mauricio Pochettino’s side so far; defeat and a draw. The Spurs were unlucky in the opening match when they lost to the Red Devils by a narrow deficit 1-0. The misses from their attackers caused them to lose the match. In the second match, they got a lead, but couldn’t keep that and finally endure a draw against Stoke City. Their defence was really poor in the last match; considering a penalty, and easy header came from Diuof to equalize the scoreline. They Potters must form a strong defence line, if they really want to win the game as the Foxes’ strikers are in tremendous form. Pochettino’s greatest concern is that his star striker Harry Kane is yet yield a goal who was the best English striker last season. Kane must make a good comeback to win the matches for his club.
