Legendary heavyweight boxer Muhammad Ali died at the age of 74 years. This was confirmed by his spokesman Bob Gunnell early Saturday morning (CEST). The former world champion was admitted on Thursday because of respiratory problems in a hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, during the Friday night his condition should be reported to have deteriorated rapidly.
